Friendly Fires are to play a special gig for Sony Ericsson. Whats special I hear you ask? Well they will play… in complete darkness. Every beat, note and er, smell will penetrate possibly provoking memories of Astoria gigs where the smell was sometimes all you noticed.
The gig will take place on June 15th at a central London venue and 200 lucky competition winners will be in complete darkness for an exclusive set created just for this event.
Entering the competition is easy – On twitter all you have to do is use the hashtag #pitchblack to tell the people at Sony Ericsson what Friendly Fires song you think will be played best in the dark. Be sure to follow twitter.com/pitchblackgig to get the latest updates.

If you are a myspacer you can either become a friend of myspace.com/pitchblackgig or you can track down the special Pitch Black tags dotted around, snap one then txt the picture to 64666 to be be in with a chance to win.
